Felipe came right into our home with his expertise and knowledge of water and the contaminants/chemicals found in tap water. He showed us with testing what is actually in the water and what system would best support our health. What I love most is the re-mineralization feature and the fact we can take the drinking system to our Mexico home every winter. Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating! I sold my condo and wanted to take the water softener to my new residence — they worked within my tight timeline and made it happen. I left the RO at the condo, and they even offered a discount for a new one at my new home. Super friendly staff, excellent service, and the system has improved my skin and hair. Filipe is one great human being, Fantastic man and over all very knowledgeable when it comes down to water sources. Filipe and his team came over and did the installation less than 2 hours and made my home feel like my water is producing nothing but purified water.
