Felipe came right into our home with his expertise and knowledge of water and the contaminants/chemicals found in tap water. He showed us with testing what is actually in the water and what system would best support our health. What I love most is the re-mineralization feature and the fact we can take the drinking system to our Mexico home every winter. Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating! I sold my condo and wanted to take the water softener to my new residence — they worked within my tight timeline and made it happen. I left the RO at the condo, and they even offered a discount for a new one at my new home. Super friendly staff, excellent service, and the system has improved my skin and hair. We bought the whole-home softener and an RO system for drinking water. The difference is incredible. Our skin is less dry, and our hair stopped falling out after just a few weeks.
