Felipe came right into our home with his expertise and knowledge of water, contaminants/chemicals that are in tap water. He showed us with testing what is in the water and what system would be best for our health. What I love most about the system is the re-mineralization of the water and the fact that we can take the filter system for the drinking water to our Mexico home every winter. Great service and knowledge base plus it meets Canadian and universal water standards through third party water testing. Extremely Happy with serenity water!!! Highly recommend💧💧💧💧💧

Filipe is one great human being, Fantastic man and over all very knowledgeable when it comes down to water sources. Filipe and his team came over and did the installation less than 2 hours and made my home feel like my water is producing nothing but purified water. For those who are suffering from eczema and can't seem to find the solution to ease the itch, I highly recommend reaching out to Filipe and let him explain where our water comes from, it will make you want to get it done in a heart beat! Staff very polite, knowledgeable and very accommodating! Sold my condo and wanted to take the water softener to “new” residence. They were super accommodating to me and was able to move within the small time frame I had. I did sell condo with the ROE, and offered a discount on a new ROE at my new place. Super friendly Staff, and recommend this company if you want quality water. Water system helps with skin issue, great for hair using less product. No more water bottles needed when you have good ROE in your kitchen :-) Cheers all
