We offer phone consultations for communities located beyond a one-hour radius of Saskatoon. In some cases, you may be asked to bring a water sample to our office for testing. This allows us to analyze your water quality accurately and provide the most effective recommendations for treating it properly.

We recommend replacing pre-filters every 12-14 months, and the membrane every 3-4 years, depending on water quality. Our annual Care Package visits include a full inspection, cleaning, and *filter replacement service to maintain peak performance.

*Only labour is included, filters and membranes must be paid by the customer.
