Water filtration systems are non refundable and are final sale. Instead, we provide amazing warranties for all of our equipment in case of malfunction. Warranty covers any parts needed and in case of total malfunction the machine will be replaced for a new one. Warranties are different for each product and they can be found on the section of the website dedicated to that specific unit.

We understand that every customer’s needs are different, regarding exchanges and returns we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for new, unused, unopened, and undamaged items in its original packaging.  All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in their original condition, or if the items have been opened or used. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
