Staff very polite, knowledgeable and very accommodating! Sold my condo and wanted to take the water softener to “new” residence. They were super accommodating to me and was able to move within the small time frame I had. I did sell condo with the ROE, and offered a discount on a new ROE at my new place. Super friendly Staff, and recommend this company if you want quality water. Water system helps with skin issue, great for hair using less product. No more water bottles needed when you have good ROE in your kitchen :-) Cheers all
